Tony AFX is a multi-talented music creator from Los Angeles, California, with roots in both Black and Puerto Rican culture—an upbringing that exposed him to a vibrant mix of rhythms, genres, and traditions that continue to shape his sound today. Since the age of 7, his passion for rhythm laid the foundation for a dynamic career as a DJ, producer, composer, and audio engineer.

Known for his versatility, Tony AFX blends a lifetime of diverse musical influences into genre-spanning production—touching everything from Rap, Hip Hop, Funk, and Urban Jazz to Reggae, Techno, R&B, Rock, House, and even film scoring. His sound is both classic and forward-thinking, always evolving—from gritty, sample-heavy beats in his early Hip Hop work to polished, genre-fusing compositions that seamlessly blend live instrumentation with modern production techniques.
